Pranayama
1 hr1 h
Description
Pranayama refers to the regulation of breath, often considered the most vital life force. In this class, students practice various pranayama techniques such as Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing for energy channel purification), Kapalabhati (skull-shining breath for cleansing), and Bhramari (humming bee breath for calming the mind). These practices not only increase lung capacity and oxygenate the blood, but also help control prana, facilitating a balanced mind, emotional stability, and preparing the practitioner for deeper meditative practices.
